How To Request a Withdrawal?

Withdrawals are managed by our funding team and not our regular support.

In case you wish to request a withdrawal please email:

traders@fundingtrading.com (contact email for Non-US traders)
traders@heliostp.com (contact for US traders)

Withdrawals are processed once a week, on Wednesdays through Rise.

To make sure your withdrawal request gets processed on Wednesday, please send your withdrawal request by 2 PM CT the previous Friday.

Any withdrawal request made after this point in time might only get processed one week later.
